Kashimashi ~Girl Meets Girl~ [6]

Hmm… ok. The random and *very* out-of-place comedy scenes are taking away from the serious moments. This ep had a few of those in the first half. They were hilarious scenes, don’t get me wrong, but I’m not sure if the timing was right. Then again, though it felt random at the time, thinking back now, it was still funny. Come to think of it, the first half of ep 5 had more comedy then the latter half as well. I wonder… hmm…

The story is going all over the place. First it was Yasuna, then it was Tomari, then maybe back to Yasuna, and now Tomari again. Hazumu needs to figure something out… or they can make this a harem… hahaha. But seriously, a lot of this anime is rehashed stories but it’s somewhat deviating from that now. I can’t even guess who, if anyone, Hazumu will end up with. I should emphasize “if anyone” because, a small part of me believes he may not end up with anyone at all. It wouldn’t be that strange given his current situation… of course, the ending would pretty much suck if that happened though.

I’m impressed with the drama. It was hard to take seriously at the start, especially with that really weird teacher as well as the outlandish plot. Now, the series feels more like a drama than it does comedy. It’s being done well enough so it works out.

Kashimashi ~Girl Meets Girl~ [5]

With the dramatic and serious way the last episode ended, the start of this ep seemed out of place. The first few minutes contained a lot of comedy and it kinda took away from the last scene in ep 4. Oh, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. The latter half of ep 5 really turned on the serious mode. I still find it… weird… that Yasuna’s “thing” is that she can’t see guys. Heh, so, since she could see Hazuma when he was a guy, does that mean he was a “girly-man”… hahaha… *ahem*

Also, the last scene in this ep was too random. Tomari just seems to always be there when she shouldn’t be. Hell, this was almost how ep 4 ended too. Oh well, it’s a good thing I already have ep 6, pwahahaha.
